Joe Seagle

PCS President

Joe Seagle is a legal GPS for entrepreneurs who focus in the real estate and hospitality industries. Mr. Seagle’s law firm, title company, and land trust company are concentrated on real estate investors, developers, brokers, property managers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, private lenders on their land trust, private lending, and entity formation needs. Practicing law since 1996, he is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and the District of Columbia. He is also a licensed Florida title insurance agent and real estate broker and North Carolina real estate broker. He is a title agent for Chicago Title, which is part of the Fidelity Family of Companies. His ancillary businesses include NRG Realty LLC, JustDeeds.com, ESignant LLC, and TRSTE, LLC.

Philip Richardson

Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Philip leads the marketing and business development team for the company. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and title insurance industry. Philip is a shareholder and oversees the marketing and business development for Eck, Collins & Richardson, https://www.ecrlegal.com/, our sister firm that supports clients in the timeshare and hospitality industries. Philip is a licensed attorney in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Texas. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Arcoma L. Lambert

Business Development Manager

Arcoma is a successful investor with 17 years of real estate experience and 10 years as a real estate broker. She is a born educator, prone to lose herself in the subject, completely forgetting that she is teaching a class and getting so excited about deals, investing, and listing that she gets everyone else so excited that they can't sleep. She has recorded over 70 classes of Lead Generation and Contracts and Negotiation, plus currently teaches three classes of Continuing Education for Realtors. Her great passion is helping clients structure deals in the ways taught by the Great Problem Solvers of Investing, from Creative Financing to complex negotiations. Her unbridled joy is helping a client with a challenging problem and creating a win-win solution that has benefits for everyone.

Michelle John-Callender

Director of Finance

Michelle leads accounting, escrow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other financial services for the company. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, payroll, banking and other financial services. Michelle received a degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University. Michelle also has the biggest smile and most contagious laugh of anyone on our team.

Haley Helbig

Paralegal

Haley supports our legal and title team with the creation of entities, land trusts and other title clearing matters. Haley grew up in the title and legal services industry, interning in her family’s title agency and law firm. Haley received her degree in Business Administration from Rollins College and plans on attending law school.

Lisa Lutz

Title - Closer

When you close with us, you will likely work with Lisa since she is the lead closer at PCS. She has over 20 years' experience with HUD, FHA/VA and conventional closings, and has worked for new home builders in Central Florida for over 10 years. People who have worked with Lisa know she makes it her mission to get everything right. When Lisa’s not closing, she loves to help animal rescues because she loves dogs. She also loves going to the beach. By the end of 2022, she will be a licensed title agent in the state of Florida for the second time.

Daniel Nieves

Bookkeeper

Daniel excels at processing payables and receivables to help make your dream a reality.He originally trained with CPAs and has over 6 years of business accounting experience using QuickBooks. Although he’s quiet and reserved, he does his part to make a positive impact on PCS Title’s clients. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and over 6 years of accounting experience, he’s learned that teamwork makes the dream work.

Robert Worth

Director of Operations

Robert is responsible for the day-to-day organizational needs of the company, technology integration, and team member engagement. He is calm and steady and is a master problem solver. Robert is a lifelong car and motorcycle enthusiast, and he enjoys spending his spare time working on his classic Mustang, and cruising to the beach on his Harley Road King. Robert has over 20 years of experience managing companies and projects, and he holds both a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.

Melissa Gutierrez

Escrow Processor

Melissa is responsible for real estate processing and finalizing deals. She ensures that all documents are authentic and prepared, property titles are clear, and financial obligations have been thoroughly met by the buyer and seller. Melissa has worked in the timeshare and residential industry for over 20 years, including as a manager a legal assistant and an escrow closer. She’s upbeat, self-motivated, funny, and she cares about everyone she meets. She’s a transplant from New York and is a proud mom.
