Joe Seagle

PCS President

Joe Seagle is a legal GPS for entrepreneurs who focus in the real estate and hospitality industries. Mr. Seagle’s law firm, title company, and land trust company are concentrated on real estate investors, developers, brokers, property managers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, private lenders on their land trust, private lending, and entity formation needs. Practicing law since 1996, he is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and the District of Columbia. He is also a licensed Florida title insurance agent and real estate broker and North Carolina real estate broker. He is a title agent for Chicago Title, which is part of the Fidelity Family of Companies. His ancillary businesses include NRG Realty LLC, JustDeeds.com, ESignant LLC, and TRSTE, LLC.

Philip Richardson

Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Philip leads the marketing and business development team for the company. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and title insurance industry. Philip is a shareholder and oversees the marketing and business development for Eck, Collins & Richardson, https://www.ecrlegal.com/, our sister firm that supports clients in the timeshare and hospitality industries. Philip is a licensed attorney in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Texas. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Arcoma L. Lambert

Business Development Manager

Arcoma is a successful investor with 17 years of real estate experience and 10 years as a real estate broker. She is a born educator, prone to lose herself in the subject, completely forgetting that she is teaching a class and getting so excited about deals, investing, and listing that she gets everyone else so excited that they can't sleep. She has recorded over 70 classes of Lead Generation and Contracts and Negotiation, plus currently teaches three classes of Continuing Education for Realtors. Her great passion is helping clients structure deals in the ways taught by the Great Problem Solvers of Investing, from Creative Financing to complex negotiations. Her unbridled joy is helping a client with a challenging problem and creating a win-win solution that has benefits for everyone.

Marlene Piquet

Title Operations Manager

Marlene leads the Title Operations Team. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial and title services industries having served as a Recording and Title Coordinator, and as a Senior Closer in Financial Services. Marlene is originally from Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida.

Michelle John-Callender

Director of Finance

Michelle leads accounting, escrow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other financial services for the company. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, payroll, banking and other financial services. Michelle received a degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University. Michelle also has the biggest smile and most contagious laugh of anyone on our team.

Haley Helbig

Junior Paralegal

Haley supports our legal and title team with the creation of entities, land trusts and other title clearing matters. Haley grew up in the title and legal services industry, interning in her family’s title agency and law firm. Haley received her degree in Business Administration from Rollins College and plans on attending law school.

Taylor Gregory

Business Development Manager

Taylor is responsible for managing and developing the company’s relationships with real estate industry professionals. Taylor has extensive experience in the title insurance and real estate industry. In addition to business development, Taylor has managed a title agency. Taylor is licensed in Florida Real Estate and as a Title Insurance Agent.
